Part one of the Micro Dungeons series from Gnomic Dagger, a dark ambient exploration of deep labyrinths, cavernous lairs, and darkened chasms far below the castle walls. Many dangers, monstrosities, phantasms and strange magicks await in the deepest dark. Ensure your steel is at your side and your talisman has been blessed by the druid - once you pass through the green and glowing mist of the Skullportal, you are in their realm!
Instruments used on this recording:
* Pocket Operator PO-33 K.O!
* Korg Monotron Delay
* Kawai GMega Synth Module (non-performance/samples only - sampled directly into PO-33 for maximum dungeon crawling effect!)
✨ 𝓜𝓲𝓷𝓲-𝓺𝓾𝓮𝓼𝓽 𝓘 (tracks 8-11)
Part one of the Mini Quests series from Gnomic Dagger, a vintage sword and sorcery adventure captured on old keyboards and 8-bit sequencers! Explore an arcane realm of mythic beasts, obscure and powerful gods, noble knights, and the mournful valor of battle. The dawn approaches, a new quest awaits!

* Casio SA-46
(Both Casio keyboards sampled into the PO-33 for maximum dungeon crawling effect!)
✨ 𝓟𝓸𝓬𝓴𝓮𝓽 𝓡𝓮𝓵𝓲𝓺𝓾𝓪𝓻𝔂 (tracks 12-14)
Hail, noble adventurer! Gnomic Dagger invites you into the Pocket Reliquary. Here you will find items from days of old, once thought to be long lost, and all of a mystical and magical nature. An ivory horn, disentombed from the ice-caverns deep beneath the frozen tundra of the North! A mysterious cloak, heirloom of an ancient and mighty mountain king, which enshrouds it's wearer in an unseen mist! And an enchanted red ring, pilfered from a dragon's treasure hoard, thought to once belong to an evil and powerful wizard!
Instruments used on this recording:
* Pocket Operator PO-20 Arcade
* Korg Monotron Delay
✨ 𝓟𝓲𝔁𝓮𝓵𝓮𝓭 𝓟𝓸𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓼 (tracks 15-24)
BEWARE - at the end of a murky torchlit passage, you discover Pixeled Potions, an experimental release from Gnomic Dagger! Committed to the concept of creating fantasy music solely on small hardware instruments, Gnomic Dagger has created the first known Dungeon Glitch album; using only an 8-bit noise synthesizer, a drum synth that samples early 80s office hardware (floppy disk sounds, mouse clicks, dot matrix printer, etc.), and a handheld micro sampler. Dark and distorted 8-bit noises interweave with the dusty computer sounds and lo-fi melodies for maximum nostalgia, bringing to mind an obscure world somewhere between the realm of corrupted hard drives, early PC sound card glitches, and DOS dungeon crawler video games. This is voltage-controlled chaos, this is Pixeled Potions!
Instruments used on this recording:
* Rumble of Ancient Times 8-Bit Noise Synthesizer
* Pocket Operator PO-24 Office
* Pocket Operator PO-33 K.O!
